Serguei Golberg

Serguei Golberg is a highly experienced QA professional with a robust background in software quality assurance and engineering. Currently serving as Principal QA Engineer at Interactions LLC since August 2016, Serguei has previously held leadership roles, including Director of QA at Sighthound, Inc., where the focus was on developing a Python-based test framework for computer vision analytics software. Prior experience includes a decade at Voxeo/Aspect as Director of QA, managing software QA engineers and overseeing product releases. Earlier positions also include Senior IVR Software Test Engineer at Vocalocity and various QA roles at Nortel and Periphonics. Serguei began a research career at Uppsala University, contributing to studies in high-energy physics. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Theoretical & Mathematical Physics and an MS in Physics and Computer Science from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
