Viv McNamee

Viv McNamee has extensive experience in conversation design and technical leadership, currently serving as a Senior Conversation Designer at Interactions LLC since February 2019. Previously, Viv held multiple roles at E-MetroTel from January 2010 to December 2018, including Support & Services Leader and Senior Lead IVR Architect, focusing on the State of Nebraska's Office of the CIO. Earlier positions include Senior Software & Support Designer at Nortel and Software Trainer at Periphonics Corporation, along with engineering and teaching roles at IPLLI, Inc., Stony Brook University, and Photocircuits Corporation. Viv holds a Master of Science in Technological Systems Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, both from Stony Brook University.
