Dominique Serna

Dominique Serna is currently a Junior Cloud Security Engineer at Interactive Brokers since August 2022. Prior to this role, Dominique served in various capacities at the City of Los Angeles from July 2015 to July 2022, starting as a Messenger Clerk, then progressing to Administrative Clerk, and finally to Senior Administrative Clerk, where responsibilities included utilizing Windows OS and software tools for administrative tasks. Earlier experience includes a position as Operations Manager at Markee Dragon, where Dominique led a customer service team and managed online sales, and a Sales Clerk role at The Source by Circuit City, focusing on customer service and PC repair. Dominique holds a Cyber Security degree from Los Angeles Mission College and received cybersecurity training through WiCyS, Google, and SANS.
