Geetanjali Vats

Geetanjali Vats has extensive work experience in recruitment, starting in 2005 with Nutech Information Systems as a Senior Recruiter. In this role, they were responsible for identifying and sourcing qualified candidates using various methods such as networking and online job boards. Geetanjali also developed and implemented effective recruiting strategies.

In 2016, Geetanjali joined Genesis10 as a Senior Recruiter. Here, they performed full life cycle recruitment and strategic sourcing, including candidate identification, assessment, and management. Geetanjali collaborated with hiring managers to define requirements and implemented recruiting strategies. Geetanjali also utilized various search tools and sites such as LinkedIn Recruiter Professional and Monster.

In 2017, Geetanjali moved to Spectrum as a Senior Recruiter II, where they continued to excel in the recruitment field.

Most recently, Geetanjali joined Interactive Brokers in 2019 as a Team Lead- Technical Recruitment.

Geetanjali Vats completed their High School education at NCJPS. Geetanjali then pursued a MPM in Personnel Managment from Bharati Vidyapeeth, University of Pune, between 2001 and 2003.
