Marisa Grindle Staunton

Marisa Grindle Staunton has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Marisa started their career at Victoria Theatre Association as a Development Intern, where they managed online auctions and conducted mass email communications. Marisa then worked at The Miami Student as a Local Advertising Representative. Marisa later joined Vorsight as a Business Development Associate, where they helped B2B companies connect with senior executives and penetrate new markets. Marisa then transitioned to InnerWorkings, first as an Account Executive and later as a Production Manager.

In 2013, Marisa joined Mirus Futures as a New Accounts Manager, providing futures trading brokerage services and leading customer support. Marisa then moved on to Interactive Brokers as a New Accounts Specialist, focusing on application support. Marisa joined Refinitiv in 2019 as a Customer Success Manager in Wealth Management, where they provided financial markets data and technology to institutions worldwide.

Currently, Marisa serves as the Head of Client Services (ASG) for New Accounts at Interactive Brokers, overseeing the team and ensuring excellent client support. Marisa also holds the position of New Accounts Team Lead for Application Support for Institutional Accounts at the same company. Marisa has a strong background in customer service, account management, and business development, with a focus on the financial and technology sectors.

Marisa Grindle Staunton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Arts Management from Miami University from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Perry High School from 2003 to 2007.
