Szabolcs Baski

Szabolcs Baski has extensive work experience in the finance and auditing sectors. Szabolcs currently holds the position of Finance Director at Interactive Brokers, a role they started in May 2022. Before that, they worked at Erste Bank Hungary, where they served as the IFRS reporting team leader from June 2020 to May 2022, and as a Senior Financial Reporting Expert from February 2017 to June 2020. Prior to their time at Erste Bank, Szabolcs worked at PwC Hungary as a Senior Audit Associate from July 2015 to February 2017, and as an Audit Associate from August 2013 to July 2015.

Szabolcs Baski completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Budapest Business University in the years 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they graduated from Eötvös József High School in 2010, specializing in the English-Hungarian Bilingual Class. Additionally, they pursued an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants qualification starting in 2013. Szabolcs also holds certifications including the Certified Hungarian Accountant from PwC Hungary and the DipIFR - ACCA Diploma in international financial reporting from ACCA.
