Margaret Perez-Smith is an experienced professional in compliance, accreditation, and financial aid management. Currently serving as the Compliance and Accreditation Manager at the Interactive College of Technology since 2010, Margaret leads internal audit teams across campuses and is involved in team member selection and training. Previously, Margaret held roles including Director of Student Financial Aid and Occupational Admissions Counselor, focusing on efficient financial aid operations and student engagement. As the Owner of Scout and Molly's Boutique Avalon since 2016, Margaret has created a welcoming shopping environment for women. Earlier in career, Margaret worked as a Data Quality Specialist for the Houston Independent School District, ensuring data compliance and risk mitigation. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Grand Canyon University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
