Iarla O'Halloran

Iarla O'Halloran is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in web development and digital services, primarily focusing on Drupal solutions. Currently serving as the Director of Development at iFactory since March 2025, Iarla previously held the position of Technical Lead (Drupal) at Horizontal Digital, leading client-facing projects and development teams. Prior to that, Iarla was a Senior Drupal Developer at iFactory, contributing to numerous higher education projects, and a Drupal Consultant for UCL, providing significant expertise in CMS migrations. Iarla is also the founder of Dial 6 Creative (UK), a design agency that provided comprehensive creative and marketing solutions. Earlier positions include Manager of Digital Services at Tufts University and roles in various organizations such as the Irish International Immigrant Center and IDLO. Iarla's educational background includes a Higher National Diploma in Music Technology & Media Marketing from Ballyfermot College of Further Education.
