Gary Shaw has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Gary has held various roles in different companies. From 2005 to 2006, they worked at Network Rail as a Six Sigma Black Belt. From 2006 to 2015, they held multiple roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland, including Service Improvement Manager, Centre Manager - Mortgage Operations, and Head of Mortgage Operations. Since 2015, Gary has been working at Interactive Investor, where they started as the Director of Operations and later became the Chief Customer Service and Operations Officer in 2017.

Gary Shaw attended the University of Strathclyde from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a BEng (2.1 Hons) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
