Yu-Yen Tang is a Quality Assurance Specialist at Interactive Strategies, with experience in managing client-reported issues and creating effective test cases to uphold high-quality standards. Yu-Yen also served as a UX Designer and Project Manager at GAME HOURS, leveraging user research and data analysis to enhance website functionality, and as a UX Strategist at 簡訊設計行銷有限公司, focusing on user needs and creating interactive designs. Additional experience includes design work at ShareTech and operational tasks at CMP Group. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Factors Engineering at Tufts University, following a Master’s in Innovation and Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Information Technology.
