Miguel Ángel Molina Carrón is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in innovation consulting, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and business strategy. As the Founder and CEO of MIA Advanced Systems since November 2018 and as a Founding Partner at Impact Strategy Group, Miguel Ángel focuses on integrating AI and customer experience into business models. Additionally, Miguel Ángel has held notable positions such as CEO at Marktel and Interactivo Contact Center, demonstrating leadership in BPO, IT outsourcing, and digital services.
