Shalini Patel, ICP-ATF

Shalini Patel, ICP-ATF, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Lecturer in Chemistry at DVS composite college Shimoga for two years. In 2012, they transitioned to an Assistant Professor role at Kuvempu University, Shankaraghatta, Shimoga, where they worked until 2014.

From 2018 to 2020, Shalini joined Maya Partners as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master. During this time, they gained experience in agile project management methodologies.

Currently, Shalini is employed at Interapt since 2020. Shalini has held multiple positions within the company, including Business Analyst, Lead Business Analyst, and most recently, Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Lead Business Analyst.

Shalini Patel, ICP-ATF, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Science from Kuvempu University from 2005 to 2008. Shalini then pursued a Master's Degree in Chemistry from Kuvempu University, Shankaraghatta, Shimoga, from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they attended Kuvempu University for further education in the field of Education for a year.

In terms of certifications, Shalini Patel obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional from The Agile Coach LLC in May 2020. Shalini also acquired the Icagile certified professional- Agile team facilitator certification from Balanced Agility in the same month and year. Additionally, they obtained the Scrum Fundamental Certified certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in May 2020.
