Cynthia Vidal Saavedra

Cynthia Vidal Saavedra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and process management, currently serving as the Head of Digital Delivery and Division Manager at Interbank since September 2014. Leading a team of 64 employees and over 100 contractors, Cynthia has successfully implemented agile methodologies, fostering innovation to enhance customer experiences through digital channels. Notable achievements include introducing Scrum frameworks, pioneering a DevOps environment, and deploying Interbank's first chatbot on Facebook Messenger. Prior to Interbank, Cynthia held leadership roles at Indra and SOA PROFESSIONALS, where significant projects, such as automating pension processes, were completed. Cynthia holds a Master's degree in Business Innovation from the University of Deusto and completed an Executive Program in Disruptive Strategy and Innovation at Harvard Business School Online.
