Jaime Julio Avalos Ocaña

Jaime Julio Avalos Ocaña is an experienced professional in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, currently serving as a Scrum Master at Interbank since September 2018, where responsibilities include ensuring the understanding and adoption of Scrum across multiple teams. As the Founder and Trainer at AGILITYLAB since July 2019, Jaime develops and conducts workshops for Scrum Masters and Product Owners. Additionally, Jaime is a faculty member at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru for the specialization in Agile and Scrum. Previous roles include being a Scrum Master and IT Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services, with a focus on client projects for AFP Prima and BCP, respectively. Jaime's extensive experience also includes positions as Technical Leader at Indra, Applications Analyst at Fac. Nac. de Acumuladores ETNA S.A., and various development roles. Jaime holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Pacífico Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Privada San Juan Bautista.
