Rafael Luna Victoria

Rafael Luna Victoria is a seasoned professional in international trade and financial operations, currently serving as Jefe de Procesos de Comercio Internacional y Pagos at Interbank since December 2020, overseeing the transformation of trade processes and external transfers. Previously, Rafael held the position of Jefe de Procesos de Middle Office de Mercado de Capitales, leading a team responsible for controlling capital market operations and contributing to Project MUREX. With a strong background in banking, Rafael has also worked at Banco de Comercio Perú and Banco de Crédito BCP in various managerial roles, focusing on operations and credit control. In addition to banking experience, Rafael serves as a part-time lecturer in postgraduate business courses at Universidad Científica del Sur since November 2024 and is involved with Beta Gamma Sigma as a member of the Peru Alumni Chapter. Academic achievements include an MBA from CENTRUM PUCP, a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from EADA Business School, and certifications in Machine Learning and Digital Transformation from MIT Professional Education.
