Roberto Espinoza

Roberto Espinoza has extensive experience in legal and corporate governance roles, currently serving as Gerente de Asuntos Corporativos at Interbank since June 2007, overseeing a legal team of twelve lawyers across various business areas. Responsibilities include corporate governance, stakeholder relations, crisis management, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and budget management, with direct reporting to the Vice Presidency of Corporate and Legal Affairs. Previously, Roberto held multiple legal positions at Interbank and served as Abogado Gerencia de Mercados y Emisores at the Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores, focusing on regulatory analysis and interpretation in the securities market. Roberto holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, a Master's in Management and Administration from EOI Business School, and a Diploma in Management and Administration from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas.
