Troy Unrein

Troy Unrein is the current Director of Operations at InterBel Telephone Cooperative Inc. Prior to this, they were the Local Area Manager at Nemont Communications from February 2019 to March 2022. Troy was also the Area Plant Supervisor at CenturyLink from March 2012 to February 2019.

Troy Unrein graduated from Oskaloosa High School with a diploma in computer technology/computer systems technology. Troy then attended Johnson County Community College, where they studied computer and information systems security/information assurance. After JCCC, they transferred to Kansas State University to study construction science and management. During their time at K-State, they also worked as a telecommunications specialist for the United States Navy.
