Jovan Cunningham

Jovan Cunningham has worked in the Human Resources field since 2006. Starting in 2006, they were the Owner of Eberhart Alacrity. From 2012 to 2014, they were an IPC at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. From 2014 to 2020, they were an HR Generalist at the City of Battle Creek, Michigan. From 2020 to 2022, they were an Human Resources Generalist at Polytek Development Corp. Currently, they are the Human Resources Manager at InterCare Community Health Network, where they provide high quality, comprehensive primary health care, dental care and behavioral health services in southwest Michigan. Additionally, from 2007 to 2012, they were a Patient Registrar at Lakeland Regional Medical Center, where they provided administrative and executive support within a busy office and accurately scheduled all outpatient tests and treatments.

Jovan Cunningham obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Resources and Labor Management from Michigan State University between 1998 and 2005. Jovan then obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Western Michigan University between 2013 and 2014. Lastly, they obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Capella University between 2017 and 2018.
