Julia de Oliveira Demarchi Costa is an experienced professional in integrated management systems and process engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Management System Analyst at InterCement since January 2011, Julia is responsible for integrated management system support, process improvement using the PDCA tool, setting challenging indicators and goals, and training teams in management tools. Prior to this role, Julia worked at Camargo Corrêa Cimentos, initially as a Young Professional and later as an Engineer, contributing valuable engineering expertise. Julia holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from UFSCar, graduating in 2007.
