Scott Kline

Scott Kline has over 15 years of experience in managing benefits and wellness programs. Scott currently serves as the Head of Benefits, Wellness, & Engagement at Intercept Pharmaceuticals since March 2023. Prior to this, Scott held various roles at Sanofi, including Director of US Benefits from September 2019 to April 2023 and Manager of US Benefits from March 2015 to September 2019. Scott also worked as a Benefits Analyst at Toys R Us from 2009 to 2011 and as a Sr. Benefits Analyst at L'Oreal from 2006 to 2009.

Scott Kline obtained their MBA in management from Montclair State University from the years 2007 to 2011.
