Matt Swartley

Matt Swartley is an experienced project leader and IT professional with a diverse background in software implementation and organizational improvement. At InterChange Group, Inc., Matt serves as the Project Lead for Project ACE, overseeing a team that has launched multiple cloud-based applications and transitioned warehouse facilities to advanced management systems. Matt's previous roles include Customer Experience & Sales Workstream Lead, IT Systems Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, and Customer Service Manager, where responsibilities included managing teams and enhancing service delivery. In addition to work at InterChange, Matt is a Managing Partner at Luminate Properties LLC, engaging in residential and commercial real estate. Prior experience includes serving as Project Coordinator for Eastern BioPlastics, where Matt was instrumental in startup operations. Matt holds a B.S. in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, and Accounting from Eastern Mennonite University.
