Rick Korsak

Rick Korsak is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in IT infrastructure management and support. Currently serving as the IT Infrastructure Manager at Intercity Technology Ltd and the Group IT Support & Infrastructure Manager at Abnormal Load Engineering Limited, Rick oversees the performance of IT systems for over 850 users across multiple locations. Previous roles include Infrastructure Manager at South Staffs College and Desktop & Server Resource Specialist/ISO27001 Project Leader at The Wrekin Housing Trust, where Rick demonstrated leadership in IT support and information security management.
