Aidan Smyth

Aidan Smyth currently serves as the Director of Sales for SMB & Customer Growth and Head of New Business Sales for MM/ENT at Intercom, a position held since January 2021. Prior to this, Aidan worked at Zendesk from June 2015 to December 2020, holding various roles including Manager of Mid Market Sales and SMB Sales, as well as an Enterprise Account Executive and Senior Corporate Account Manager. Aidan's career began at Salesforce.com as an Account Executive from December 2013 to June 2015, and earlier at Three Ireland as a Business Account Manager from June 2010 to December 2013. Aidan holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management from Technological University Dublin and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology, along with a certification in Personal Leadership & Influence Programme from the Chartered Management Institute.
