Ali Hejazi is a software engineer with a solid background in full stack development and experience in various programming languages and technologies. Currently employed at Intercom, Ali has developed a new alarming framework to enhance customer support by identifying critical issues during Stripe migrations and optimizing endpoint performance. Previously, at Urban Data Collective, Ali contributed to backend API development and full stack solutions using React, Node, and PostgreSQL. While working at The Big Give, Ali helped build a platform that raises significant funding annually and revamped the user interface with Angular. Earlier experiences include developing critical software fixes at Amadeus and creating a machine learning chatbot during an internship at FICO. Ali holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Birmingham and has completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma.
