Caitlin Rich

Caitlin Rich has a diverse work experience in the field of design and product management. Caitlin started their career in 2013 at Getty Images as a Digital Designer. Caitlin then worked as the VP of Product Design at Blend Media, where they designed a VR editing tool and developed a lean design and customer development process. Caitlin also worked at Tide as the Head of UX & Design and at Multiply.AI as the Interim Head of Design. In 2019, Caitlin joined Trussle as the Interim Head of Product Design before moving to PureGym as the Lead Product Designer - Mobile. Caitlin then joined Freetrade as the Principal Product Designer, Senior Product Design Manager, and later became the Associate Director of Product Design. In 2022, they worked at Intercom as the Group Design Manager before joining Contentful as the Senior Product Design Manager. Caitlin returned to Intercom in 2023, once again as the Group Design Manager.

Caitlin Rich has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Graphic Design from Charles Sturt University, which they completed from 2005 to 2007. In 2015, they also attended the Tractor Design School, where they completed a Digital Design Mentorship Program focused on Digital Design, UI, and UX.
