Charlotte S. has a diverse work experience in the field of product design and user experience. Charlotte is currently a Senior Product Designer at Intercom since October 2022, where they previously held the role of Product Designer from September 2021 to October 2022.

Prior to Intercom, Charlotte worked at Onfido from March 2019 to August 2021, starting as a Product Designer and then being promoted to Product Design Lead. At Onfido, they were responsible for enhancing the end-user experience and played a key role in developing a B2B2C product.

Before Onfido, Charlotte worked as a UX/UI Designer at Startup Palace from September 2016 to February 2017. In this role, they designed websites and web apps for clients and also provided UX consultation to the startup accelerator program.

Charlotte gained experience as a UX Designer at DoYouBuzz from March 2016 to December 2016, where they focused on improving user adoption and conversion for the online resume editor.

Additionally, Charlotte worked as a UX Designer at Eventbrite from June 2016 to August 2016. Charlotte played a significant role in developing a multi-platform in-product messages system and contributed to defining a new event categorization system.

Charlotte S. has a diverse education history in the field of design and interaction. Charlotte began their formal education at Lycée Gaspard Monge, where they received a High School Diploma in Sciences, focusing on biology and maths in English, from 2008 to 2011.

In 2011, they enrolled at L'École de design Nantes Atlantique, where they pursued a European Bachelor of Design in Interaction Design. This degree took their three years to complete, ending in 2014.

During their bachelor's degree studies, Charlotte also attended Swinburne University of Technology in 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design with a focus on Digital Media Design.

Following their bachelor's degree, Charlotte continued their education at L'École de design Nantes Atlantique. In 2014, they began working towards a Master's degree in Interaction Design / Tangible Interfaces, which they completed in 2016.

In 2015, Charlotte also studied at Polytech Nantes, where they earned a DU DESSiiN (DESign de Services Interactifs INnovants Objets communicants & Interfaces tangibles) degree focused on UX/UI Design.

Throughout their education, Charlotte has also obtained additional certifications. In 2016, they achieved a Duolingo Spanish Fluency certification at the intermediate level. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Psychology of Interaction Design: The Ultimate Guide from The Interaction Design Foundation.
