Coco Janze is a strategic and data-driven customer success leader currently serving as a Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager at Intercom. Having previously worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Braze, Coco advised enterprise-level clients across regions including the UK, Dubai, and South Africa, enhancing their customer experiences and driving ROI. Coco also co-founded Mifico Scarves and held various roles in digital marketing at Gap Inc. and Movable Ink, where they cultivated positive client relationships and led innovative campaigns. Coco holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and completed an Organizational Leadership course at Harvard Business School.
