Declan I.

Declan I. has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Declan currently holds the position of VP Customer Support at Intercom, starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Google as the Director of EMEA Cloud Technical Support from February 2020 to January 2022. Declan also served as the Director of Technical Support, EMEA at Tableau Software from May 2019 to February 2020.

Before these roles, Declan held various positions at Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Director of EMEA Support from April 2017 to May 2019, Senior Manager of AWS Support - Europe, Middle East and Africa from June 2014 to March 2017, and Senior Site Leader - Dublin, AWS Support from November 2013 to June 2014.
