Emanuele Sparvoli

Emanuele Sparvoli has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting their career at NexTech S.r.l. as a Helpdesk & Junior System Administrator, they gained valuable experience in resolving incidents, scheduling interventions, and assembling custom PCs. Emanuele then joined OMNIbit S.r.l. as a Helpdesk Director & Senior System Administrator, where they led the development and implementation of customer service helpdesk procedures, trained new employees, and maintained company servers and networks.

In 2002, Emanuele founded 4newC S.r.l. and served as both Founder and IT Project Manager. Emanuele successfully established partnerships with major advertising companies and managed the company's server infrastructure, R&D of innovative technologies for video advertising, and planned live streaming events. Emanuele later joined MW Internet Media Srl as an IT Project Manager, responsible for the company's network and server infrastructure as well as customer server maintenance.

Emanuele then transitioned to FINI NUAIR Spa as an ICT Manager, leading a team and overseeing network maintenance and expansion for a rapidly growing company. Emanuele also managed communications systems, IT systems, third-party suppliers, and security systems. Following this, they worked as a Freelance Consultant, using their expertise to bridge gaps between businesses and IT, focusing on business impact, setting KPIs, and helping clients polish their online presence.

In 2015, Emanuele joined First Data Corporation as the Windows & Service Desk Lead. Emanuele managed the service desk, distributed workload among production support teams, and rebuilt a team of Windows engineers. Emanuele also played a key role in infrastructure expansion projects for existing and new partners, ensuring full PCI compliance and making a positive impact within the company.

Most recently, Emanuele has been employed at Intercom, where they have held various roles since 2016. Emanuele started as an IT Lead and progressively moved up to IT Manager, Engineering Manager - IT Infrastructure, Engineering Manager - IT, Senior Manager - IT, and currently serves as the Director of IT.

With extensive experience in IT management, project management, and bridging the gap between business and IT, Emanuele Sparvoli brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to any organization they work with.

Emanuele Sparvoli pursued their education in Italy, starting with their high school education at Sandro Pertini, Liceo Scientifico in Rome from 1993 to 1998. Emanuele obtained a High School Degree emphasizing the National Information Technology Plan. Following this, from 1998 to 2000, Emanuele attended the University La Sapienza in Rome, where they studied Literature and Philosophy.
