Fred Walton

Fred Walton is a professional with a diverse background in conversation design and consulting. Currently serving as a Conversation Designer at Intercom since March 2023, Fred brings valuable experience from IBM, where a role as a Consultant was held from May 2019 to March 2023. Prior to that, Fred worked as an Audit Associate at EY from September 2017 to November 2018, demonstrating a solid foundation in analytical and advisory skills.
