Jeremy Wood

Jeremy Wood has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Jeremy started their career as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young in 1989 and worked there until 1994. Jeremy then joined OpenVision as a Controller from 1994 to 1997. In 1999, they became the V.P. of Finance at Asera and held the position until 2002 when they joined Netflix, Inc. as the V.P. of Finance. Jeremy worked at Netflix until 2006. Jeremy then moved on to Inflection LLC in 2009 and served as the V.P. of Finance. In 2011, they joined GoodHire as the VP of Finance, where they played a crucial role in building safety and fairness into personal, employment, and community screening background checks. Currently, Jeremy is the Financial Director at Intercom, a position they have held since 2016.

Jeremy Wood attended the University of the Witwatersrand from 1985 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Accountancy degree with a specialization in Accounting and Finance. In August 2015, they also obtained a certification in Personal Background Check from GoodHire.
