João Bernardo

João Bernardo has a strong background in software engineering, with experience in various companies. João is currently working at Intercom as a Senior Software Engineer since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Duffel as a Senior Software Engineer from October 2021 to June 2023 and as a Software Engineer from January 2020 to September 2021. João also gained experience at GoCardless as a Software Engineer from November 2018 to December 2019 and as a Software Engineering Intern from July 2017 to September 2017. Before that, they worked at jeknowledge as a Software Engineer from September 2014 to September 2016. In addition, they have experience at RedLight Software as a Software Engineer from February 2015 to May 2016 and as a Software Engineering Intern from December 2014 to February 2015.

João Bernardo pursued their education by completing a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering at the Universidade de Coimbra. This educational journey lasted from 2013 to 2016. Following this, João enrolled in the Instituto Superior Técnico to pursue a Master's Degree in Distributed Systems, which they completed between 2016 and 2018.
