Jordan Graves

Jordan Graves has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They began their career in 2010 as a Cashier at Little Caesars Pizza, where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they joined Victoria's Secret as a Sales and Support Generalist before moving to College Book Store as a Service Desk Manager, where they worked until 2017. During this time, they also worked as a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Associate at Clarins from 2015 to 2017. In 2016, they interned as a Sales Intern at Trunk Club. From 2015 to 2015, they worked as a Customer Service Manager at Little Caesars Pizza. Their longest tenure was at Groupon, where they started in 2017 as a Merchant Development Representative and eventually became a Merchant Development Manager before being promoted to Merchant Development Director. In this role, they introduced various GTM Groupon products and developed trusted advisor relationships with C-Suite clients, business owners, and colleagues. Jordan's most recent work experience is as a Relationship Manager at Intercom, starting in 2022.

Jordan Graves attended Ohio University from 2013 to 2017 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human and Consumer Sciences. Their major was Retail Merchandising and Fashion Product Development, with a minor in Business and Customer Service. Additionally, Jordan obtained a Customer Service and Sales Certification from the National Retail Federation in December 2016, and a Professional Leadership Certificate from Ohio University in November 2015.
