Jorge Jaime-Rivera

Jorge Jaime-Rivera is a Technical Support Engineer currently employed at Intercom, providing post-sales consultative support and integrating AI solutions for customer success. Previously, at Flexera, Jorge specialized in resolving technical issues related to the entitlement management system and facilitated a migration to Amazon Web Services (AWS), earning the AWS Cloud Practitioner certification. Earlier experiences include research roles at The Morton Arboretum focusing on prairie plant traits and data visualization, an undergraduate teaching assistantship at the University of Miami in computational biology, and a study abroad program in Ecuador exploring ecology and environmental science. Additionally, Jorge completed a technology internship at Kellogg Company, where a mobile application for community resource connectivity was developed. Jorge holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Miami.
