Lucas C.

Lucas C.'s work experience begins in 2008 as an IT Intern at Philadelphia FIGHT. In 2009, they worked as an Engineering Analyst at PayParade and also started working at Apple as a Specialist, excelling in customer training, technical support, and sales. Lucas continued at Apple until 2012, consistently ranking as one of the highest-performing employees. From 2012 to 2013, Lucas worked as an IT Consultant at New Signature. In 2013, they joined Apple again, this time as a Network Systems Support Engineer, responsible for managing devices in Apple stores globally. In 2015, Lucas became an IS&T Administrator at Lucid Design Group, where they implemented and managed an enterprise IT infrastructure. Lucas then joined Intercom in 2016 as an IT Lead, later transitioning to roles as an IT Systems Engineer and Senior Systems Engineer in the company's IT department before moving to Grand Rounds Health in 2019 as a Senior Systems Engineer. Finally, in 2021, Lucas returned to Intercom as a Senior Systems Engineer, eventually transitioning to their current role as Staff Engineer.

From 2008 to 2012, Lucas C. attended Georgetown University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
