Mario Kostelac

Mario Kostelac's work experience includes a current role as a Staff Machine Learning Engineer at Intercom since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Contractor from September 2020 to November 2021. Mario was a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Intercom from September 2015 to November 2020. Before joining Intercom, Mario had an internship as a Software Engineer at Microsoft from November 2014 to April 2015. Mario also worked as a Backend Engineering Intern at Backplane from July 2014 to October 2014, where they were responsible for building a platform for real-time communication. Mario had an internship at Palantir Technologies from July 2013 to October 2013. Mario began their career at 1dva in August 2006, where they worked on building web shop functionalities on top of WordPress until May 2013.

Mario Kostelac completed their general education with an emphasis on Math and IT at Gimnazija Petra Preradovića Virovitica from 2006 to 2010. Mario then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing at the University of Zagreb from 2010 to 2013.
