Mark K.

Mark K. has extensive experience in product design, UX design, and information architecture. Mark is currently working as a Senior Product Designer at Intercom since April 2022. Prior to this, they were a Product Design Manager and Senior Product Designer at Ding from February 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Ding, Mark worked as a Senior Product Designer at Cora Systems from September 2019 to February 2021. At Cora, they utilized Design Thinking to enhance product design and user experience, working on projects in industries such as life sciences, healthcare, government, engineering, and EPMO.

Before that, Mark worked at Paddy Power Betfair as a Senior UX Designer and UX Designer from June 2018 to July 2019. Mark led the design of various retail products and created multi-platform experiences.

Mark also has experience as an Information Architect at Chrometoaster, where they focused on information architecture for large-scale software projects for the New Zealand government.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Web Designer & Developer at Engineers Ireland from September 2009 to January 2015. Mark also co-owned Eleven Eleven Media Collective, an independent media collective in Dublin, where they promoted and distributed Irish music.

Mark founded Hobbes Media Management in August 2008, which they ran until September 2009.

Mark K. attended Technological University Dublin, where they studied Computer Science. Mark also received a certification in Premiere Pro CC from Adobe.
