Niamh Fitzgerald is currently the Director of Global Compensation at Intercom. Prior to this, Niamh held the role of Compensation, Benefits & Performance Partner (EMEA) at TikTok and EMEA Compensation & Benefits Manager at Facebook. Niamh's career in the field of compensation and benefits started at Intel, where Niamh initially participated in the HR Graduate Rotation Programme before becoming a Compensation & Benefits Specialist. Throughout their career, Niamh has also held various roles in the field of compensation and benefits at Aviva. Niamh holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from University College Dublin, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Irish from the same university. Niamh's educational foundation was established at Muckross Park College.
