Paolo T.

Paolo T. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Paolo started their career as a Teacher at Fondazione Aldini Valeriani, where they taught computer technicians, network engineers, and programmers. Paolo also conducted lectures on Office Automation and created educational materials.

Paolo then moved on to work as a Teacher at IAL Emilia Romagna for a short period of time. During this time, they continued to develop their teaching skills.

Paolo transitioned into the IT field and joined Gecod s.r.l. as an IT Consultant, where they performed off-site system and network administration, data recovery, and customer care duties. After this, they joined ab studio srl as a Network Administrator, where they managed the company's network infrastructure.

Paolo's next role was at Luganet SA, where they served as a System Engineer. Paolo then joined GE as an IT Systems Administrator 6, where they administered support contracts for the Global IT infrastructure for the Critical Power Business. Paolo also took on the responsibilities of direct maintenance of production machines and the main server room. In addition, Paolo acted as a project manager for business-wide changes to the corporate infrastructure.

Paolo then transitioned back into the IT consulting field and joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Cloud Support Engineer II. Paolo provided support to customers and resolved their technical issues. Later, at Amazon, Paolo served as a Support Engineer, handling customer support inquiries. Paolo was also a Systems Development Engineer, actively contributing to the development of system solutions.

Most recently, Paolo worked as a System Development Engineer at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where they were responsible for system development and engineering. Paolo is currently employed at Intercom as a Senior Systems Engineer.

Throughout their career, Paolo has gained extensive experience in systems engineering, support, consulting, and teaching in both educational and professional settings.

Paolo T. has an extensive education history in the fields of computer science, economics, and physics. Paolo attended Liceo Scientifico Augusto Righi from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained their high school certification in computer science and physics. Paolo then pursued their higher studies at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna from 2001 to 2004, focusing on physics and computer science. Paolo further continued their education at the same university from 2004 to 2008, specializing in the areas of computer science and economics, although a specific degree is not mentioned.
