Paul McAuliffe began their work experience in 2015 at Vodafone as a Senior Retail Consultant. In this role, they listened to customers' needs, resolved issues, and kept up to date with industry trends. Paul left Vodafone in 2021. In 2019, Paul joined Oracle as a Business Development Consultant, where they analyzed customer needs, built relationships with partners, and helped companies embrace digital solutions. Paul left Oracle in 2020. Most recently, Paul started working at Intercom in 2021 as a Customer Support Specialist.
Paul McAuliffe completed their Msc in Management degree at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School from 2017 to 2018. Their field of study was Business/Commerce, General. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelors degree in Science (Genetics) from 2010 to 2016 at University College Dublin. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in SQL Essential Training from LinkedIn Learning in February 2021.
