Peter Dalton

Peter Dalton has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Peter started their career as a Resort Manager at Highlife Ski & Snowboard in 2011. In 2014, they transitioned to become an Area Manager at the same company, where they managed multiple resorts, staff, and customer satisfaction.

In 2008, Peter joined The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC as a Bar Manager and later became a Meetings & Special Events Executive, where they handled project management, sales, and vendor management. During their tenure, the company went through liquidation and a change of ownership.

From 2015 to 2018, Peter worked as a Sales & Marketing Executive at MovieExtras.ie, taking on responsibilities such as sales, marketing, casting, and business development. Peter successfully grew the company's social media following and managed a casting team across multiple offices.

In 2018, Peter joined Intercom as a Customer Support Specialist and later progressed to roles such as Sales Development Representative and Relationship Manager in both SMB and MME segments. As a Senior Relationship Manager, they currently play a key role in managing and building relationships with major clients.

Additionally, Peter has also worked as a Mentor at Gradguide, providing guidance and support to individuals.

Peter Dalton has a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degree in Commerce & Marketing from University College Dublin. Prior to that, they attended St. Gerard's High School. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Gradguide Mentorship qualification from Gradguide in June 2021. Peter also holds certifications in First Responder And First Responder/Defibrillation from PHECC (obtained in March 2019), as well as a Bronze Medal from Gaisce - The President's Award (obtained in September 2016). Additionally, they obtained a Firewarden certification from Guardian Safety in February 2019. Two other certifications, Command of the Message from Force Management and Radar On, Atenna Up from The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., do not have specified dates of completion.
