Samira Alamudi-Constantine

Samira Alamudi possesses extensive experience in sales and customer support, currently serving as Manager - Sales Development APAC at Intercom since June 2018, after holding various roles including Account Relationship Manager and Enterprise Sales Development. Prior to Intercom, Samira worked at ING Australia as a Customer Care Consultant and gained experience at Telstra as a Sales Consultant and Product Specialist. Samira began the professional journey at Apple as a Product Specialist, Trainer, and Technician. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of International Studies with a focus on Southeast Asian Studies from UNSW and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Newcastle, along with participation in exchange programs at Universitas Gadjah Mada and Universitas Katolik Parahyangan.
