Sophie W.

Sophie W. has a diverse work experience in the field of user research. Sophie started their career as a Junior User Researcher at Deliveroo in 2015 and then became a User Researcher in 2016. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of Senior User Researcher at Deliveroo. Sophie then moved on to work at Bumble in 2019, starting as a Senior User Researcher and later becoming the Lead User Researcher in 2021. Currently, they are working at Intercom as a Senior Product Researcher since 2021.

Sophie W. began their education at Stroud High School, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. After completing their high school education, Sophie attended Downfield Sixth Form from 2009 to 2011. Sophie then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology at the University of Southampton from 2011 to 2014.
