Thiago Cortezini

Thiago Cortezini has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Thiago began their career in 2010 as an Administrative Assistant at Imobiliária Multi Imóveis, where they resolved administrative problems and maintained office supplies. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Wizard Language Education Center, first as an English Language Teacher, where they planned and delivered lessons to improve students' language skills, and later as an Administrative Assistant, handling various administrative tasks within the school.

In 2016, Thiago worked as a Sales Associate at L’Occitane Group, providing excellent customer service and achieving daily sales goals. Thiago then joined Vision Express as an Optical Assistant in 2017, where they assisted customers in selecting frames, ordered prescription glasses and contact lenses, and scheduled follow-up appointments.

Later in 2017, Thiago returned to L’Occitane Group as a Sales Associate, maintaining an orderly sales floor, introducing promotions to customers, and meeting sales targets. In 2018, they worked at Accenture as a Social Media Customer Service Agent, providing consultative advice to small and medium-sized businesses and supporting their marketing campaigns.

In 2020, Thiago joined Workhuman as a Customer Service Executive, playing a crucial role in shaping the future of work by connecting organizations' cultures to a shared purpose. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Intercom as a Customer Support Specialist.

Thiago Cortezini has an education history that includes various certificates in English language studies and a diploma in English language and literature. In 2011, they attended the Wizard Language Education Center in Brazil, where they obtained a diploma in English Language and Literature. In 2013, they pursued an Administration Certificate from Senac Brasil, focusing on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Thiago furthered their English language studies by attending the Cape Town English Language School in South Africa in 2014 and the Berlitz Language School in Ireland from 2016 to 2017, earning certificates in English language. In 2016, they also completed a certificate program at Erin School of English in Ireland, furthering their general English language skills.
