Jan Giordano

Jan Giordano is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Intercommunity Action. Prior to this role, Jan worked as the Vice President of IDD Services at the same company. With extensive experience in the field, Jan has also served as the Director of Quality & Integration at Bellwether Behavioral Health, and as the Deputy Director of Operations at AdvoServ which later became Bellwether Behavioral Health. Jan's career also includes roles such as Program Director at Advoserv Of New Jersey Inc, and Early Intervention Therapist/Special Education Teacher at Rowan University. With a Master's degree in Education from Temple University, Jan has a strong background in providing services for individuals with developmental delays and disabilities.
