Mahesh Kumar

Dr. Mahesh Kumar holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Master of Technology in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Legislative Law and Doctor of Philosophy. He was associated with Public Works Department (Building and Roads) since 1983 and has rich experience in Public Private Partnership projects of highways. He was involved in National Highways Development Programme Phase-III of Govt. of India and grounded projects of 1724 km. He was first to introduce electronic tendering in Govt. of Haryana in year 2007.
