Ravi Shankar

Subramanian Ravi Shankar, Param Vishisht Seva Medal (PVSM), Vishisht Seva Medal (VSM) is a President at ICT. He holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, M.Sc. in Military Science and M. Phil. (Defense Management). He has over 40 years experience and is former Director General Border Roads, Ministry of Defense. He has wide experience in planning and execution of Infrastructure Projects including roads and highways in challenging terrain. He is currently in charge of various projects as Independent Engineer.
