Derrick Li is an experienced bar director and bartender with a diverse background in hospitality, currently serving as the bar director at Palette Tea Garden restaurant since February 2020. In addition, Derrick holds bartender positions at Hotel Nikko San Francisco's Kanpai lounge and InterContinental Mark Hopkins San Francisco since August 2018 and September 2019, respectively. Prior experience includes bar manager at Ozumo SF, bartender at China Live Ventures Limited LP, and lead bartender at M.Y. China restaurant. Derrick's education includes coursework at City College of San Francisco from 2007 to 2008.
