Sarah Rivera

Sarah Rivera, HMCC, currently serves as the Associate Director of Sales at InterContinental Mark Hopkins San Francisco since June 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Group Sales Manager at Omni San Francisco Hotel and Sales and Catering Manager at White Lodging Services, where notable achievements include exceeding 127% of the annual group revenue goal for 2017 and winning the National Rookie Salesperson of the Year Award that same year. Sarah's career in hospitality began as Reservations Supervisor and Group Rooms Coordinator at Hilton Austin, following earlier positions at DoubleTree by Hilton San Diego-Mission Valley. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from San Diego State University, alongside additional studies in Spanish Language at The Nosara Spanish Institute.
