Paul Nasser

Paul Nasser has a diverse work experience in the real estate and finance sectors. Starting in 1989, they worked as Senior Vice President and Team Leader in Fleet Bank's Real Estate Finance Group, managing a portfolio of over $1 billion. In 2000, they joined Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation as Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer, where they oversaw various departments such as Performance Reporting, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, and Administration. Recently, in 2022, they became the President of Intercontinental Real Estate Corp.

Paul Nasser earned a BA degree in Urban Studies from the University of Rhode Island, completing their studies from 1979 to 1983. Paul later pursued an MBA degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, which they attained from 1994 to 1998. Prior to attending university, they completed their high school education at Manchester High School.
